Calculator inputs

Calculations run entirely in your browser. FlameCount does not send the streak count or start date to a calculator server. There are no accounts, TikTok connections, cookies, advertising scripts, or fingerprinting in the supplied site code.

We don't ask for names, email addresses, ages, usernames, precise locations, or account identifiers.

Sharing

The calculator puts the start date in the link fragment (the part after #). Fragments are not included in the HTTP request to our hosting provider. Anyone you share that link with can see the date and calculated streak. Browser history or browser sync may retain the URL.

Older links using ?days= or ?start= are accepted. Query parameters are sent to the hosting provider on the initial visit, before the calculator replaces them with a fragment. Do not put personal information in links.

Sharing happens only when you tap Share streak. On supported browsers, your device’s share service receives a locally generated PNG image. If file sharing is unavailable, we share short text and a live link, or offer clipboard and manual copying. The image includes your streak dates and milestone.

Data on this device

FlameCount no longer saves streaks in browser storage. Older saved data may remain from a previous version; you can remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

Hosting

Like other websites, the hosting service receives network information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser headers, and request time to deliver and secure the site. This is separate from the calculator. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its hosting practices.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to provide aggregate reports about page views, visits, referrers, countries, devices, browsers, and performance. It uses no analytics cookies or localStorage and does not fingerprint individual visitors. It is not a count of identified people. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We also count page visits and calculator actions (input started, reveal, share, edit and date mode) through a same-origin Cloudflare Pages Function. Only daily totals, event names, sharing method and file-sharing capability are stored in Cloudflare D1, for up to 90 days. No streak numbers, start dates, URLs, user identifiers, IP addresses or share destinations are stored in these counters. No cookies or localStorage are used. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these product events. Cloudflare still receives basic network information to serve the request. Counts measure actions, not unique people; cancelled native shares are not completed shares.
